My experience of working on cruise ships that took me to exotic parts of the world has made me passionate about the flavours, colours and art that goes into food – especially Asian cooking. Sharing this passion for food really makes me tick. I'm always talking to members about the best places to get a great, traditional korma or find a more contemporary approach to the regular jalfrezi.

Modern Indian restaurants are a big hit in the UK – they cater to a wider market, evolving the classics which used to be too spicy or strong into versions that suit British taste buds. Another thing that makes me really excited is an Indian spin on different cuisines. I sample different restaurants and dishes as often as possible – this enables me to find members the best venue for a special occasion, whether they are looking for relaxed dining or want the most intricately prepared food.
