Hush

Hush is located in a quaint courtyard in the heart of Mayfair but guests feel more like they have stepped into a rural village when they arrive. It is a great venue if you want somewhere to spend an entire evening, consisting of a brasserie, restaurant, cocktail lounge and private dining rooms. Situated over three stylish floors, it is a popular option for celebrations, business lunches and team building events.

Orange, stone and olive green make up the colour scheme of the lively but laid-back brasserie. Tables are suitably spaced out to allow for a healthy buzz of conversation and there are also booths available on request. In the summer months, the brasserie spills out onto the beautiful terrace, making it a great option for al fresco dining, one of the venue’s key appeals.

Thanks to our special relationship with the restaurant we can organise a table outside for any evening of the week. The menu is a celebration of comfort food, with big portions and a high standard of cuisine that is closer to fine dining than gastropub. Classic macaroni cheese sits alongside a light salmon tartare with lemon oil and chilli on the starters menu. For mains, choose the Keralan scallop and tiger prawn masala with lemon rice. Those with a sweet tooth will love the hokey pokey ice cream with hot chocolate sauce.

The cocktail lounge sits on the first floor. Here you will find an innovative list of drinks that includes the signature Strictly Hush cocktail, an intriguing blend of Taittinger champagne, chambord, orange bitters and raspberry puree. The atmosphere is glamorous and lively but if you’re looking for some privacy, the ‘boudoir’ offers a secluded den that sits fifteen.

Adjacent to the cocktail lounge is the Silver Room, a sophisticated and intimate restaurant specialising in French cuisine. This is also the place to take high tea – a popular option with our members – with prices starting from £8.75 per person.

On the walls are photos of celebrities who have eaten at the restaurant striking the signature Hush pose, with a finger placed over their mouth. The venue’s private dining rooms are currently undergoing refurbishment but, once finished, will be a much sought after destination for fine dining in London.
