We always advise members to have our number saved in their phones, especially when they’re away on holiday or business, as having access to a team that speaks more than 20 languages can often prove invaluable.
Travel support
As well as arranging transport and accommodation, our lifestyle managers can provide support throughout your trip. This might mean finding a last-minute hotel if the airport gets snowed in, or arranging a key holding service so that if anything goes wrong in the home while you are away we can take care of it. During the Iceland ash cloud crisis last year we were able to help hundreds of members get home – we even arranged for a coach to take a whole group of members back from Madrid.
Help with the home
Whether a pipe has just burst or your boiler has broken down in the middle of the night, we can provide 24-hour support for any household emergency. Our Home team can arrange plumbers, electricians, handymen and other professional help whenever something goes wrong. We have worked with these companies for years and all of them have been comprehensively vetted and tested.
Last-minute gifts
Sometimes even the most organised of individuals can forget a birthday or anniversary, which is why our Retail team is so useful. The lifestyle managers in the team specialise in arranging last-minute gifts and flower delivery. For members wanting to send flowers we can arrange delivery to anywhere in the world, to suit any budget. We can also reserve a table at your favourite restaurant at short notice, or get you tickets to that sold-out concert at the O2.
