Our major areas of expertise are restaurants, tickets, retail, research, travel and holidays, home improvements, domestic staff and errand running, business support, well-being, motoring and sustainable living – but we will undertake any request as long as it’s legal and ethical.
Our service is available to members 24 hours a day, seven days a week. We have experts in the office who speak a total of more than 20 languages, including all the major European languages, Turkish, Russian and Chinese. With our global service, we help members to feel at home wherever they are in the world.
